Man needs God, believers say
Skeptics counter God needs man
Debating until Judgment Day
When we all know where we stand
Believing in the unseen
Or faith in what we know
We all know where we have been
But not where we will go
Loving
Most people write
of love's passion and fire
two bodies entwined
aching
hearts breaking
lonely days
haunted nights
the uncertainty
But I can write
of love calm and serene
two lives intertwined
sharing,
hearts caring
routine days
loving nights
lasting friendship
